This is a wonderful blend of the herbs Skullcap, Lemon Balm, and Nettle, with Betony and Chamomile. This Herbal Tea Infusion is blended specifically for increasing your mood and your energy whilst reducing your stress levels!
The overal flavour and aroma is of Lemonbalm, which is the main aromatic herb in the blend, with a hint of chamonile.

Skullcap is an nerve soother, anti depressant, and brain tonic, which is especially good for all nerve/brain related conditions, such as parkinsons, epilepsy, and MS, and is also recommended for Austism and ADHD
Lemon Balm is a wonderful mood lifter, and alround health tonic.
Nettle is one of the most energy boosting, and high nutrition herbs.
Betony is a great alrounder, another nerve soother, calmative, and also especially good for headaches, and digestive function. I do buy this herb in as it is not a good grower in the sub tropics here, but is sourced organic and grown in Australia.
Chamomile has many benefits which include promoting better quality sleep.
How to use
For each cup of tea just steep 1 teaspoon full using a diffuser with boiled water for around 5 mins. Relax and Enjoy!

The Tea Infusions are packaged in recycled glass jars which you can then recycle or reuse yourself.
