This is a healing pick me up tonic with Rosella and Lemongrass both having blood pressure lowering and weight loss properties. Mint is great for easing tension headaches, and elderflowers for anti-inflammatory pain relief.
For each cup of tea steep 1 heaped teaspoon in boiled water for 3 to 5 mins using a diffuser or teapot and strainer. You can choose to drink it hot or serve chilled on ice. Relax and Enjoy!
