Mind Nourish is an herbal tea infusion of Vana Tulsi, Gotu Kola, and Lions Mane mushroom. This is a gentle mind strengthening blend created to support clarity, focus, and steady well being.
The lions mane has an earthy flavour profile which perfectly compliments the aromatic clove flavour of the tulsi so neither flavour overpowers the tea. The Gotu Kola is a clean green taste. The result is a herbal and mushroom tea which is smooth and balanced, which provides relief from the ravages of stress whilst also relieving brain fog.

How to Make
For each cup of tea just steep 1 teaspoon full using a diffuser with boiled water for 5 mins. Relax and Enjoy!

The mushrooms are supplied by Funguy & Fungal , a local chemical free mushroom grower. The fresh lion’s mane is then dried at Kooinda Cottage.
The Loose Leaf Tea Infusions are packaged in recycled glass jars, which you can then recycle or reuse yourself, or we have refill packs in compostable bags
