Description
Nerve Nourish is a deeply restorative blend of the herbs Nettle, Skullcap, Tulsi, Motherwort, Lemon Balm, and Valerian leaf, to gentle support and steady the nervous system, and in so doing also helps to ease nerve pain.
The overall flavour and aroma is of Lemon Balm and Tulsi, which are the main aromatic herbs in the blend.
Hand picked, home grown herbs, from Kooinda Cottage herb garden, this tea offers nourishing support to your nervous system – one calming cup at a time.

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) is a nerve soother, anti depressant, and brain tonic, which is especially good for all nerve/brain related conditions, such as parkinsons, epilepsy, and MS, and is also recommended for Autism and ADHD
Lemon Balm is a wonderful mood lifter, and all-round health tonic.
Nettle is one of the mineral rich, high nutrition herbs for supporting overall vitality and is also good for pain relief.
Vana Tulsi – this ayurvedic herb is renown for its deep support of the body during times of stress.
Motherwort provides steady heart centered calm (not recommended during pregnancy, and use only with Doctors advice when used with heart medications)
Valerian Leaf – I use the leaf as it is much less potent than the root, making it a gentler option for calming anxiety.
How to use
For each cup of tea just steep 1 teaspoon full using a diffuser with boiled water for around 5 mins. Relax and Enjoy!

All the herbs are grown using organic principles, chemical free, at Kooinda Cottage.
We hand pick the herbs to ensure every leaf is top quality. We dehydrate them, then chop and blend by hand to create the freshest herbal teas you can find!
The Tea Infusions are packaged in recycled glass jars which you can then recycle or reuse yourself.
