Dried whole leaf Yerba Mate, freshly picked from the tree. Organically grown and hand picked with love. They are kept whole so you can chop them as required, and this also preserves the nutrients and flavour longer. The flavour is very mild and soothing. Yerba Mate is a herbal caffeine alternative.

Dried whole leaf Yerba Mate (pronounced yerba matay) contains around 1.5% caffeine and as such is a brain stimulant, but the caffeine is in a compound with other ingredients (called a mateine) which makes it less agitative. So you can drink Yerba Mate Tea to improve concentration without effecting your sleep! Yerba Mate also eases depressive moods and helps deliver oxygen to the heart and muscles.
