This is Kooinda Farm’s twist on the classic Lemon and Ginger tea, with the addition of the Australian native Lemon Myrtle to the blend giving an extra depth of flavour. In the winter months I substitute the lemongrass with dried organic lemons, which may become a permanent favorite!

Lemongrass has blood pressure lowering and weight loss properties, as well as being a muscle relaxant. Lemon Myrtle supports the immune system with a host of healing properties, and of course Ginger is a well known anti-inflammatory.
How to make
For each cup of tea just steep 1 teaspoon full using a diffuser with boiled water for 4 to 6 mins. This is also a great blend to add to your plain, boring, green tea to turn it into a much more interesting brew! Relax and Enjoy 🙂
