Every year I enter two of my teas into the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. In 2023 I won a Bronze Medal for Wholesome Blend, and in 2024 I won Bronze for Australian Natives, but 2025 was my best year ever with both teas entered winning Medals!
Earthsong won my first Gold Medal, and Thai Lime Sunrise secured a Bronze!
Earthsong is a reblend of my 2023 Bronze Medal winner Wholesome Blend. I took the judges suggestion of toning down the rosemary to give a more rounded blend to create Earthsong. I still sell the Wholesome Blend for those of you who prefer the rosemary hit, but I hope to replace it later this year with a new rosemary blend.
